CDC Driving - Part 2

Hello guys! After you guys have started attending all the practical driving lessons, around half way through, the instructor will evaluate you according your progress. He/she will then write down how many more lessons you will need before you can take your practical driving test. Therefore, based on the number of lessons, you can plan accordingly and start to enquire about the practical test date availability.  The availability of the test date will normally be a month later. For example, if I were to enquire on the 2nd of January 2017, the test date may be open around end of February/ start of March or so (I mean roughly). You can enquire directly at Counter 6 (if I'm not wrong) about the test date. You do not have to get a queue number from the Customer Service Centre, just queue directly at Counter 6 to enquire will do. You can also call up the Customer Service Centre to enquire about the test date.  One thing to note is that you have to be present to book the test date fo

Hi guys! I have officially "graduated" from CDC Driving School (Ubi) on the 9th of December, meaning that I've passed my final practical driving test on that day !! HAHAA ⌣ For those who are going to start learning driving & have no idea where to start from, here are some rough guidelines for you guys, hope it helps!  Firstly, if you want to learn driving from school ( CDC Driving Centre ), you can go into CDC website-courses to choose which type of courses you will wish to enrol in (for example; Class 3 (manual) or Class 3 A ( a uto). You can first enrol online by filling in all the details and make the payment for the membership fee. However, you will still have to make your way down to CDC Customer Service Counter to:  Submit 1 passport size photograph - for Motorcycle enrolment only. Collect your student booklet and training kit. Have your eyesight tested before your first practical training.  Above information adapted from here .  Remember to

Day out with family

Hi guys!  Went out with my bro, sis and dad today! Finally can go out without having to stress about studies.. :/  We ate brunch at  Red Star Restaurant  The restaurant is located at level 7 of a building!  Once we're sat down,  aunties with push-carts (with all the food) began to flood towards us,  asking us what food we want and putting them all on the table. HAHA It's pretty intimidating though, but the food were all served very fast. They just take food from their push carts and serve them immediately.  I would say it's pretty good since we do not need to wait for food to be served at all (which is damn good, since the waiting time can be damn torturing...esp when you're hungry) :DDD The food is goood hahahaha, price I wouldn't say it's cheap, but manageable if you're working. ~~  Custard Buns! When you bite the bun, the custard just ooze out :D  Rating: 8.4 /10   The duck was good and pretty cheap too!  Rating

NTU YEAR 2 SEM 1

Nanyang Technological University 2016.  Biological Sciences Year 2, Semester 1.  Hi guys, Year 2 Sem 1 seems to pass faster as compared to the past two semesters (maybe because I only had 3 core modules?). Anyway, I am going to summarize on all the modules that I've took, before the registration of the modules start, hopefully will give you guys some insights so that you all can make a better choice (as to what modules to take to clear your electives). Hope it helps! Here it goes..  1.)  BS2001 Physiology  (core) - CLEARED IN YEAR 1 SEM 1  Modules that I took for Year 2, Semester 1: 2.)  BS2002 Microbiology  (core) There're lectures, tutorials and labs for this module. There are only 4 tutorials for the entire semester (even though the timetable states that there are tutorials from week 2 to 13). During each tutorial, a list of tutorial questions will given to each group and just answer those questions and hand it in can already. The groups are not fixed so

Hello guys! (:  Been really packed with my studies... Many things have happened in the past few months, can't really say that I am having a hard time, but it ain't easy either.  Anyway, will be back posting stuff that happened in the past few months and a summary of the modules that I took for NTU Year 2, Sem 1 (coming soonnnnnnnnnn). So here it goes!  Went to town with my sister and brother to search for my dad's birthday present and had lunch at Hoshino Coffee! The ambience was nice and it looked atas. I thought the food there would be pricey judging from the overall interior but it turned out to be pretty reasonable. Hahaha.    Dessert!   We went to so many stores to look for a wallet for my dad and finally decided on the mont blanc wallet for his 52th birthday present :D Pictures took during his birthday dinner in JUMBO (:   Chilli crab!! :D  Chicke
