Little India Trip
Hello! Went to Little India on last Saturday with my brother ~
Although I'm a Singaporean, I didn't really explore Singapore much for the past 21 years.
My brother took me to Tekka Centre to have our lunch there. It was packed but it was fascinating for me, I had fun (:
How to travel to Tekka Centre?
There are different ways to go to Tekka Centre, Little India. We've tried 2 different routes to reach Tekka Centre.
One of the ways:

We rarely see this kind of lifts nowadays.
The famous rojak stall (#01-254)
You pick what you want and then wait for the aunty to fry it for you
We were shocked by the amount. It seriously didn't looked that much before we pass to the aunty. HAHAHA The price for that tray of rojak above was like around $8 dollars plus. I would say it's sufficient for 3 people or so (for them to be full). However, it's pretty heaty. HAHAA but I would say the taste was ok.
Rating: 7.2/10
This was ok too. I thought the piece below the chicken on the left was fish but it's not...HAHAA it tasted sour but it was interesting.. something new!

Tried the famous 545 Whampoa Prawn Noodles (#01-326)
You can either pay for $3 (small) or $4(big) and choose either soup or dry prawn noodles.
I tried $3 (dry) prawn noodles.

I tried $3 (dry) prawn noodles.
One thing I like about that stall is that they bother to de-shell the prawns (:
There have been many reviews about this stall and it was always closed when we visited the place, so we finally managed to try this famous prawn noodles!
The portion was reasonable, the prawn was de-shelled and the pork lard was crispy too.
The noodles and soup were ok.. :/ expected a better taste!
I was a little disappointed about it as I got my hopes high due to all the positive reviews about the prawn noodles.
However, it's just my own opinion, feel free to have a try and hope you guys will like it!

After lunch, we head up to level 2 through the stairs up to have a look!
My brother's sexy back hahaha
Interesting drawings at the side of the stairs to the second floor of Tekka Centre
The floor above mostly sold Indian clothings and jewelleries.
The view from above and it looked really nice.
There's also a market at level 1 of Tekka Centre.
The fishes looked really big and fresh. market sold mainly mutton.
After walking around Tekka Centre, we walked to Mustafa Centre.
